1. Appearance of equipment
* Table baseboard is processed; ensure the surface of table smooth and easy to clean, no dirty. And the overall appearance is stainless steel frame structure.
2. Conveyor system
* Height of conveyor is 900mm.
* The conveyor is stainless steel chain (the width of chain is 82.6mm, without chain plate),the guide bar is adjustable, not only beautiful but also practical .The height of side board is 183.8mm and width of conveyor is 110mm.
* For easy to change all changing parts, designed device for disassembling quickly, don’t need any tool on the whole
3. Rotary bottle table
* Spoke type bottle table can prevent the accumulation such as water and oil effectively, easy to clean.
* Bottle holding parts is made of polyurethane material, not only wear-resisting but also skid proof.
* U-type cam controls the running of bottle holding parts.
* Rotary table components adopt central lubrication (import oil pump control), Assembling filter on the return pipe.
* With import and special brush, making the label more beautiful and strong.
4. Labeling machine
* The basic principle of labeling station is that its components such as labeling magazine. Roller, label pallet, gripper cylinder and others stick label on the specified location accurately in concert with each other.
* Process of picking up label and sticking label will be controlled by program, not only quickly but also high accuracy.
* Labeling station with advanced circulating lubrication system and stainless steel glue roller and label pallet can ensure to pick up label steady and save glue and low consumption of label.
