Structure of the machine
It is consisted of full pallet infeed decive, lifting device, layer pushing device,pad sucking device, empty paller collection device, empty bottle conveyor, man operation platform, safe device, automatical control device and other devices.

The machine lifting is controlled by the PLC computer, auto layered up, autopositioning, auto bottles whole layer out controlled by electric eye.
Pad between each layer can be collected by worker or auto collected.
Empty pallet automatically collected.
